As soon as you purchase any Sofasushi product the delivery process begins! All deliveries will occur on weekdays during normal business hours (public holidays excluded).
Delivery timeframes depend on the items you purchase:
– 5-7 Days for Scatter Cushions
– 5-7 Days for Art.
– 7-14 Days for Lighting
Sofasushi Deliveries are done by reliable, contracted third-party transporters
Ready-made items may be returned within 7 business days of receipt of the order.
Orders must be checked on delivery and signed off before the driver leaves. In the unlikely event of receiving defective or damaged goods, please contact us at info@sofasushi.com within 24 hours.
Should the product of your choice be out of stock, you will be refunded in full.
All refunds will be made within 5 business days after inspection of the product. Refunds will be made via EFT into the customer’s provided bank account upon presentation of banking details from their bank.
Sale items and made-to-order goods are non-refundable.
